It takes only a few minutes to get familiar with the tool and set up a flow like this:
First, weed out spam—because nobody wants to waste time or enrichment credits on "Student" from "Sara McNamara LLC"
Then, enrich records with tools like Apollo (get job title, company size, etc.).
Check for duplicates in your CRM (HubSpot in this case, but you can do this for Salesforce, too!) and match leads to existing accounts.
Finally, assign leads to the right SDR or AE and send them Slack alerts so they get notified right where they’re working.
