Automatically route to account owners or create and enrich new CRM objects. For example, when scheduling links are used in marketing campaigns or sent in a private LinkedIn message.
Routing to Owners
When a new meeting is set up using the Default scheduling link, the workflow looks for an account in Salesforce that matches the attendee’s email. If there's an account, the meeting goes straight into the account owner's calendar. This makes scheduling easier and helps customers.
New Accounts
If there's no existing account, Default can create a new Salesforce account and route the meeting between sales reps. This allows for fair meeting distribution and fast new account assignment.
Notifications on Slack
Default also sends real-time alerts on Slack. The sales rep who gets the meeting is told straight away, making sure everyone knows what's happening. This Default's scheduling workflow template makes planning meetings and managing accounts much easier for sales teams.
